Lilia Chuprakova has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Lilia currently holds the position of Junior Real Estate Operations Manager at Wunderflats since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at Graf Immobilien GmbH from April 2017 to August 2021. Lilia also served as a Project Manager at The Euro-Asian Consumer Society from November 2015 to May 2016. Lilia started their career as an Intern at Kelly Services CIS in July 2014. Lilia's earlier roles include Senior Administrator at The Euro-Asian Consumer Society from April 2011 to August 2013, and Assistant of the head of the literary department (internship) at Saint Petersburg Comedy Theatre from June 2011 to August 2011. Lilia also gained experience as an Assistant (internship) at The Euro-Asian Consumer Society in 2010, and as a Secretary (internship) at Open Company "Grad-M" in 2009.

Lilia Chuprakova completed their Bachelor's degree in International humanitarian relations from St. Petersburg State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. During their time at St. Petersburg State University, they also had the opportunity to study abroad for a semester at Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg as part of their Bachelor's degree program in European Studies, which took place from 2010 to 2011. Later, Lilia pursued a Master's degree in Management from Kuehne Logistics University, which they attended from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, they engaged in a semester abroad program at Özyeğin University, focusing on Management.
