Thiago Balancin has a strong background in Salesforce development, with experience in various companies. Thiago joined Wunderbricks in 2022 as a Salesforce Developer. Prior to that, they worked at Betsson Group from April 2021 to December 2021, where they translated business requirements into successful solutions using Lightning Experience. Thiago also developed custom integrations with internal and external tools using REST API. From April 2019 to April 2021, Thiago worked at Allianz as a Salesforce Developer, focusing on converting old classic functionalities into Lightning components. In this role, they also gained knowledge in design patterns, shield encryption, and integration with Google Analytics. Before that, they worked at Bridge The Gap Solutions from September 2017 to April 2019, where they scoped new projects and developed new functionalities for Salesforce. Thiago's earlier experience includes working as an iOS Mobile Developer and Technical Support Engineer at K2 Partnering Solutions from 2015 to 2018, as well as roles in Compliance and Accounting Internship. Thiago also has experience as an Auxiliar Fiscal at União Contábil, where they worked with direct and indirect taxes and Sped Fiscal and contribuições. Thiago began their career as an Apprentice at Umpulo, where they focused on C, C#, and C++ development. Thiago'sfirst experience in development was as a Jovem Aprendiz at 8D Digital - Cursos e Games, where they gained a basic understanding of C, C++, C#, Java, and XML, with a focus on iPhone and Android development.

Thiago Balancin completed their education at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi from 2014 to 2015, where they studied Ciências Contábeis (Accounting). In addition to their degree, Thiago Balancin has also obtained certifications from Salesforce. Thiago became a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I in December 2020 and a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in July 2020.
