Andrea R Boschetti is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Manager at Wüest Partner since August 2022, Andrea has previously held the position of Managing Partner at ADVANTAGE BUILDINGS, L.L.C., where responsibilities included property consultancy, strategy consultancy, transaction advisory, property valuation, and project management for redevelopment projects. Additional experience includes roles at SBB CFF FFS in SBB Immobilien, Direttore at Interfida SA, Fund Manager for UBS Global Asset Management overseeing the UBS Swissreal (SREA) fund, and Asset Manager at PSP Swiss Property.
