Paxton Boyd is a seasoned news and sports media professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a News Anchor at WTVQ since June 2022, Paxton has previously worked as a News Correspondent at T&R Productions and as a News Reporter at NBC 6 South Florida and WPEC-TV CBS12 News. A sports-centric background includes roles as Sports Anchor at ESPN West Palm, Local15 | WPMI-TV, and KSWT-TV, alongside experience in producing and hosting sports content at WYMT-TV and Nation of Blue. Paxton's foundational media training began with an internship at WTVF-TV while earning a Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting from Western Kentucky University.
