Harshika Harini has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Harshika worked as the Chief Financial Officer and co-founder at WTM-WAP LLC from 2019 to present. Prior to that, Harshika worked as the Director of Finance and Operations in several start-ups from 2015 to 2019. Harshika also held the position of Finance Officer at Deloitte from 2013 to 2015, PwC from 2009 to 2012, Finance Analyst at KPMG US from 2006 to 2009, and interned at McKinsey & Company from 2005 to 2006.

Harshika Harini pursued their education in the field of Accounting and Finance. Harshika completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Lady Irwin College during the period of 1999-2002. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2003-2005.
