Client Support Manager and Social Media Manager at WTE Solutions Inc

Erica Luntz has been in the customer service industry since 2000. Erica began their career as a Call Center Manager at Sinclair Institute, then moved to a Call Center role at Sinclair Intimacy Institute. In 2006, they joined ACS as a Customer Service Representative. In 2007, they began working at Convergys as a Call Center Supervisor and at WTE Solutions Inc as a Client Support Manager and Social Media Manager.

Erica Luntz earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from North Carolina Central University between 1998 and 2000.
