Sean Thompson is a Molecular Biosciences PhD student and Research Assistant at Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine since May 2022. Prior to this, Sean held multiple research roles at Washington State University from January 2019 to May 2022, including Auvil Fellow and Undergraduate Researcher in the Driskell Lab, focusing on single-cell RNA-seq and ATAC-seq data analysis, as well as histological analysis. Additional experience includes an Undergraduate Research Fellow position supported by the Office of Undergraduate Research and work as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Law Lab, analyzing single-cell sequencing data related to the male germline. Sean completed a B.S. in Genetics & Cell Biology at Washington State University - Honors College and holds a high school diploma from Woodinville High School.
