Richard Stilgoe is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at WSP in the Middle East since November 2022, while also fulfilling the role of Strategic Talent Lead at WSP since February 2022. Previous roles include Vice President Human Resources for the Eastern Hemisphere at Chart Industries, Global HR Business Partner at Siemens, and Regional Human Resources Director for the Middle East and North Africa at Dresser-Rand. Richard's career began at Murray & Roberts Contractors as Regional HR Manager and included a position as Business Development/HR Manager at BMP. Richard holds a BCom (Hons) in Industrial Psychology and Human Resources and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of Cape Town.
