Michele Farmer currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for So Cal Water at WSP since September 2021 and has been the Owner of One Planet, Many Worlds since July 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Environmental Specialist at the Orange County Sanitation District from March 2003 to April 2020 and project engineering positions at URS Corporation and Tetra Tech from 2000 to 2003. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UCLA, a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from the same institution.
