Nancy Walsh has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nancy began their career at Nordstrom in 1988, where they held various roles in business operations, HR & productivity analysis, internal auditing, and accounting until 1996. Following this, they worked as an Accounting Manager at Shasta Beverages, Inc. from 1996 to 1998. Nancy then joined IDX Systems Corporation as a Senior Financial Analyst from 1998 to 2000. Nancy then spent a significant portion of their career at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, starting in 2000. There, they held roles such as Deputy Director, Senior Financial Analyst, and Senior Program Officer focused on financial planning & analysis and college readiness strategy. Nancy served as a Contract Portfolio Manager for U.S. policy & advocacy strategy, planning, and management at the foundation from 2013 to 2014. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at WSIPC, a position they have held since April 2017.
Nancy Walsh obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington, completing their studies from 1984 to 1988.
