Debi Isla has over 25 years of experience in payroll and benefits operations, currently serving as a System Analyst at WSIPC since February 2020. Prior to this role, Debi held various positions at Seattle Public Schools from September 1996 to January 2020, including Payroll Operations Supervisor, Payroll Systems Analyst, Senior Benefits Specialist, Benefits Specialist, and Payroll Technician. Debi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Washington University (1992-1994) and an Associate degree in General Studies from Shoreline Community College (1989-1992).
