Sakhile Xulu is an experienced professional with a strong background in intellectual property and innovation policy, currently serving as an Advance Workshop Advisor at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) since January 2022. Sakhile has taken on various advisory roles within WIPO, including project advisory for the WIPO-NIPMO Advanced Workshop and as a content moderator for a course on management in partnership with the China National Intellectual Property Administration. Additionally, Sakhile is a National Expert for the World Summit Awards, focusing on promoting digital innovation in South Africa, and serves as Managing Partner at Seed South Capital, among other ventures. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Economics, Politics, and History from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, along with a Project Management certificate from the International Business Management Institute.
