Stefan Schmitz is a seasoned software management professional with extensive experience in the audio technology sector. Currently serving as Software Manager at WSAudiology since March 2019, Stefan has contributed to the company's mission of enhancing the quality of life for individuals with hearing loss through technology. Prior to this role, Stefan held various leadership positions at Sivantos Group from February 2012 to March 2019, including Principal Software Engineer and Software Team Lead Configuration Management. Stefan's career began at Siemens Healthineers, where roles included Software Project Manager and Software Developer from November 2002 to January 2012. Stefan holds a Master's degree in Business Informatics from the University of Mannheim and also completed a term abroad in Computer Science at the University of Waterloo.
