Nicolai Bøegh began their work experience in 2010 as a Private for the Danish National Forces. Nicolai then worked at QVARTZ as a Junior Consultant from February 2014 to July 2015. Following that, they worked at Bain & Company as a Management Consultant from February 2016 to January 2019. From March 2019 to February 2020, they held the position of Manager in the Integration Office at WSAudiology. Nicolai then served as a Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy from March 2020 to June 2020 at WSAudiology. In July 2020, Nicolai was promoted to VP and Head of Corporate Strategy at WSAudiology. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Key Accounts at WSAudiology starting from January 2023.

Nicolai Bøegh holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering (Honors) from DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Nicolai also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution. Nicolai has additionally participated in a Visiting Graduate Student program at ETH Zürich for a duration of 6 months. Nicolai also took part in the Erasmus Student Program at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid for 1 year. Furthermore, Nicolai completed a Finance Course for a month at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
