Tim Boling possesses extensive experience in the broadcasting engineering field, currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at E. W. Scripps since April 2015, with concurrent responsibilities as Director of Engineering at WRTV since August 2011. Boling has held leadership roles such as Chairman of the Board of Directors at House of Grace Films since 2011 and previously directed engineering operations at McGraw-Hill Broadcasting from January 2005 to August 2011. Tim's career at WRTV began in 1979, spanning various engineering roles until 2009. Educationally, Boling holds an Associate's degree in Electronics Communication from Ivy Tech Community College and an Associate's degree in Electronics Technology from the Cleveland Institute of Electronics.
