Curtis Elder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in estimation and project management within the infrastructure and environmental sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at WRScompass, Curtis has been with WRS Infrastructure & Environment since 2007, focusing on estimation processes. Prior to this role, Curtis held the position of Senior Project Manager at WRS Infrastructure & Environment, Inc. from 1986 to 1999, demonstrating a strong foundation in project oversight and execution.
