Susan Jenkin Harvey has extensive experience in customer service operations and business ownership. Susan began their career in 2017 as Director of Customer Service Operations at wrrk. Susan then progressed to Senior Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager at the same company. Prior to that, they were the Business Owner of Closing Company from 2001. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of running a successful small business, including business strategy, marketing, and financial decisions. Susan was also able to generate over $8 million in revenue through incentive programs for employees.
Susan Jenkin Harvey has an educational background in Business Administration and Management, General from Columbia Southern University, as well as a high school diploma from North Ridgeville High School.
