Stylicia Bowden is the founder and CEO of Writer's Blocks. Stylicia has also worked as an author and free-lance writer.

Stylicia began their career as an author with Author House in 2007. Stylicia published three poetry books with them before moving on to become a free-lance writer in 2008. During their time as a free-lance writer, they wrote poetry and articles for Above Rubies Magazine and Divine Inspiration Online Magazine.

In 2009, Stylicia founded The Writer's Block, a company that provides resources and support for writers. The company has since grown and now offers services such as editing, proofreading, and book coaching.

Stylicia Bowden has an associates degree in business with a focus on small business and entrepreneurship from Trident Technical College. Stylicia also has a degree in journalism from Wayne State University.
