Lindsay McCallum's work experience includes roles in various industries and positions. In 2009, they worked as a Clerk at Cakes for Occasions until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they held two roles as a Facility Assistant at Northeastern University. In 2013, they worked as an ESL Teacher, Cultural Advisor, and Curriculum Coordinator at Boston Life. In 2014, they completed a 6-month full-time co-op as a Marketing & Communications Fellow at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. In 2015, they were an Events & Marketing Fellow at the same company. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at National Grid in various positions, including Support Coordinator, Associate Analyst, Project Coordinator, and Specialist. In 2018, they joined WriterAccess as an Account Manager and later took on the role of Customer Success Manager/Team Lead in April 2021.
Lindsay McCallum received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Northeastern University, from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they participated in two Dialogue of Civilizations programs. In 2012, they studied Irish Literature & Film at Boston College Ireland in Dublin, Ireland. In 2015, they took part in a program called Nes Artist Residency in Skagaströnd, Iceland, with a focus on Time-based Media. Before their university education, Lindsay obtained a High School Diploma from Danvers High School, from 2007 to 2011. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Smith System DriverDirect On Road Defensive Driving certification from Smith System in March 2017, and the Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED certification from the American Heart Association in June 2018.
