Alicia Avrach is an experienced professional in sales enablement and productivity, currently serving as Head of Sales Enablement at Writer since January 2024. Previously, Alicia held the position of VP Revenue Enablement & Productivity at Foursquare, where initiatives were developed to enhance organizational support during a critical growth phase. At Workato, Alicia excelled as VP of Productivity & Enablement, leading a team that significantly scaled the Go-to-Market organization and built the sales enablement function from the ground up. Additional experience includes roles at ThoughtSpot, Teradata Aster, SumTotal Systems, and Oracle Corporation, where Alicia cultivated expertise in product management, technical documentation, and sales strategy. Alicia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Radio, Television and Film from the University of Maryland.
