Andrew Earles has extensive experience in water resources engineering, currently serving as a Member of the Urban Water Resources Research Council for ASCE EWRI since 2001, with a chair tenure from 2010 to 2012 and currently in the role of Past Chair. Since March 1999, Andrew has held the position of Vice President at Wright Water Engineers, Inc., specializing in water resources consulting, hydrology, hydraulics, water quality, erosion and sediment control, and floodplain permitting. Prior to this, from August 1994 to February 1999, Andrew worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Virginia, focusing on water resources engineering under Dr. Shaw Yu. Andrew earned a PhD and MS in Civil Engineering (Water) from the University of Virginia between 1994 and 1999, and a BS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University from 1990 to 1994.
