Isaac Steen Carling was born in Jerome, ID. He was raised in Idaho, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Guam. He split time living in Saipan, Hawaii, Mongolia, and Utah. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Human Movement and Exercise Science from Utah State University – home of the Aggies! Isaac received his Doctoral degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
