Sonya Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and inventory management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Intercompany Order Management at Stryker since November 2020. Previously, Sonya held various roles at Wright Medical from September 2005, including Manager of International and Domestic Customer Service, where responsibilities included managing a team of 21, driving process improvements, and resolving customer order discrepancies. Sonya also served as Manager of Field Inventory Audits, ensuring compliance with company policies on inventory management, leading audits, and maintaining inventory accuracy. With a strong background in operational efficiency and training development, Sonya is skilled in coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and inventory performance.
