Michael Putlock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fleet operations, real estate, and maritime safety management. As the Fleet Operations Manager for Wright Maritime Group since October 2021, Putlock oversees superyacht operations. Prior to this role, Putlock operated as a Business Owner in real estate sales and consulting with Williamson County Living powered by Fathom Realty, focusing on market analysis and client advocacy. Previous roles in the U.S. Coast Guard included Senior Operations Manager and Safety Director, where Putlock managed extensive teams and operational responsibilities across various regions, including command centers and disaster response efforts. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from East Stroudsburg University and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from The Arts Institute at Charleston.
