Rebecca Murphy possesses extensive experience in project management and information technology, currently serving as a Project Portfolio & Product Analyst for Wright County, Minnesota since November 2019. Prior to this, Rebecca held various roles at UnitedHealth Group from June 1996 to June 2019, including Information Technology Portfolio Manager and Manager of Strategic Partnerships & IT Program Manager, focusing on financial management, strategic planning, and stakeholder collaboration. Rebecca’s expertise encompasses project execution, integration strategy, business analysis, and the development of PM tools, all aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and value delivery. Rebecca earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School in 1996.
