Matilda Swank possesses extensive experience in food safety and quality control, currently serving as the Food Safety Manager and SQF Practitioner at Wricley Nut Products Co. since November 2015. Prior roles include QC Microbiologist at TEA shpk Brewery and Soft Drinks Plant, where responsibilities encompassed yeast purity control and contaminant identification, and Quality Management Consultant at IMS Group shpk, assisting food businesses with ISO and HACCP certifications. Matilda also completed an internship at DSMZ focusing on microbiological research and worked as a QC Lab Analyst at TEA shpk. Matilda holds a Master’s degree in Food Safety from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Chemistry from the University of Tirana.
