Gabrielle Povey is a seasoned professional in waste management and strategy, currently serving as a Senior Waste Strategy Officer at Wrexham County Borough Council since May 2023. Prior experience at Flintshire County Council spanned two decades, where Gabrielle held multiple roles including Waste Strategy Manager, Waste Operations Manager, and Programme Manager for Recycling and Waste, showcasing expertise in project management within the recycling sector. Earlier roles included various positions focused on recycling education and compliance at the Environment Agency from 2001 to 2003.
