Norbert K has extensive experience in security and customer service roles, beginning with a position as Building Maintenance Officer at Government House in Melbourne in early 2010. Following this, Norbert K worked as a Customer Service Adviser at Centrelink International Services - Hobart, and progressed to various security-related roles including Client Service Officer and Transport and Escort Officer at Immigration Detention Centres. Subsequent positions included Crowd Controller at Cargo Bar Pizza Lounge and Detainee Service Officer at Serco. After a brief tenure as Maritime Security with MSS Security, Norbert K has been serving as a Security Officer at Wrest Point since October 2017.
