Richard Sokolowski is an experienced scientist with a strong background in biochemistry and protein engineering. Currently serving as Associate Principal Scientist at CHARM Therapeutics since May 2024, Richard previously held the position of Senior Scientist in Discovery Sciences at WaveBreak, where project management skills were honed, and significant contributions were made in protein purification methods for small-molecule HTS campaigns. Prior experience includes Senior Scientist roles at Adaptimmune US, focusing on T-Cell Receptor protein development, and a Postdoctoral Scholar position at the Medical University of South Carolina. Richard's academic foundation includes a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of St Andrews, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field from the same institution.
