Marta Silva has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Coordenadora de RH at WPS Brasil since September 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the Personnel Department with proficiency in TOTVS and SAP systems. Prior to this, Marta worked as Analista de RH at WCS - Wireless Comm Services from October 2015 to April 2018, managing various aspects of personnel administration such as payroll, hiring, and employee benefits using SOFFTRAD, FOLLIN, and QUARTARH systems. Earlier experience includes a role as Auxiliar de departamento Pessoal III at Synthesis Financial Services Group, focusing on payroll processing and employee relations from April 2012 to September 2015. Marta holds a degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM and is currently pursuing studies in ESG at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
