Clara McWeeny is an experienced audio journalist and investigative intern currently serving as an Editor at WPRB, where Clara edits and produces a biweekly creative audio-journalism show for Central New Jersey. Recent internship roles include an Investigative Intern at The Legal Aid Society, assisting with misdemeanor and felony case investigations, and an Intake Department Intern at the Innocence Project, focusing on potential wrongful convictions. Clara also participated in a course at Princeton University as a Making an Exonoree Investigator and Advocate, reexamining wrongful conviction cases. Prior experience includes writing as a Senior Writer for The Daily Princetonian and working as an Intern at StoryCorps. Clara has a foundation in research from William College and political outreach experience as a High School Fellow for the Elizabeth Warren Presidential Campaign. Clara is pursuing an AB in English Language and Literature at Princeton University, expected to graduate in 2025.
