Rehan Jafri is an accomplished Programme Cutover Lead at Asda since June 2023, specializing in Workday and various HR solutions for a vast workforce of 140,000 employees. Prior roles include Head of People and Payroll Solutions & SAP Programme Manager at SSP Group plc, where Rehan managed the deployment of SAP SuccessFactors across 35 countries, and SAP SuccessFactors HR & Payroll Programme Manager at Deutsche Telekom, focusing on post-business carve-out change management. Rehan has significant experience in SAP and Workday deployment, having held management positions at prominent organizations such as Johnson Matthey, NGA Human Resources, HSBC, Buckinghamshire Council, Accenture, Mars, and Brompton Bicycle. Rehan holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from The University of Manchester.
