John Georgiou is the Head of Tax Operations and Risk at WPP since March 2020, overseeing tax risk management for a global group operating in 110 countries and serving as a member of the tax and business integrity functions. Prior to WPP, John was a Director at EY from March 2015 to February 2020, advising tax and finance leaders of major businesses, including numerous FTSE100 and FTSE250 groups. John's earlier experience includes roles at KPMG UK as a Senior Manager and Assistant Manager in Corporate Tax Advisory, and at Moore Stephens LLP as a Business Tax Adviser, where their responsibilities spanned various sectors and tax matters. John holds a Master of Science in Accounting & Finance from the University of Bath and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences from the same institution, along with education from the University of Oxford's Department for Continuing Education.
