Paul Kimuyu has extensive work experience in the advertising industry. Paul started their career in 2009 at Scanad Kenya Ltd, where they worked as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, creative coordination, and budget management for advertising campaigns. Paul then joined TBWA/EA in 2012 as a Snr. Account Manager, where they continued to work on strategic planning and creative coordination for clients such as Kenya Airways and PepsiCo. Since 2015, Paul has been working at WPP-Scangroup as the Business Unit Director and Business Head. In this position, they manage and oversees several key business clients, leading on their communication and brand strategies.
Paul Kimuyu obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Marketing and Management from Curtin University between 2006 and 2008. Paul also earned a BTEC Diploma in Business (Marketing) from Braeburn College from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they studied at Braeside between 2000 and 2003, completing their O Level studies in IGCSE. In addition, Paul has a certification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Kenya branch.
