Nehal Aidun is an experienced property management professional with a strong background in managing various commercial and residential properties. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Warrington PCI Management since August 2021, Nehal previously held similar roles at Avison Young, overseeing substantial commercial property portfolios including industrial, retail, and office spaces. Nehal's expertise also includes lease administration and tenant relations gained during tenure as a Property Administrator/Conveyancer at RE/MAX Commercial Advantage. Prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager at the Baha'i World Centre involved managing over 250 residential properties and conducting orientation seminars, showcasing strong organizational and leadership skills.
