Martin Rowan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT delivery and digital transformation, currently serving as Senior Director at WP Engine since October 2024. Previously, Martin held various senior roles at Unum, including Head of IT Delivery and Assistant Vice President, where significant achievements included driving initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability, managing a large IT workforce across two countries, and leading enterprise-scale CRM implementations. Martin has a strong background in Salesforce solutions, data strategy, and agile methodologies, complemented by experience in software development and project management from previous roles in different organizations. Martin holds a Postgraduate degree in Applied Data Analytics from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Limerick.
