Adam Trabold has a diverse work experience in product design and creative roles. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Designer for the Peter Kiewit Institute of Technology, where they collaborated on branding and design projects. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Interactive Designer for Swanson Russell, crafting marketing websites and brand collateral. Adam then joined GOODTWIN as a Designer, where they worked on brand-centric strategies and designs for both print and digital media. In 2012, Adam joined Elevate, LLC. as a Designer, leading brand strategy, identity, UX, UI, and product design projects. In 2016, they joined Flywheel, first as a Lead Product Designer, then as a Manager and Senior Manager of Product Design. Adam championed product design and achieved prestigious growth milestones, including significant growth in revenue and user engagement. In 2021, Adam joined WP Engine as the Director of Creative - Product, responsible for developing and executing strategies, merging design teams, and establishing long-term product strategies across various product lines. In 2022, they took on the role of Director, Product Design, leading a global UX organization and driving transformation-centered design vision across multiple products.

Adam Trabold attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Studio Art with a focus on Graphic Communication Arts & Design. During the same period, they also studied Electronic Imaging & Media Art and Graphic Design at Metropolitan Community College. Prior to their college education, Adam attended Millard North High School from 2002 to 2006. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Distributed Management from Remote-how, Inc.
