At Wowza, we are all about driving product led growth through our website. As part of Wowza’s content strategy, we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented SEO Specialist who will be responsible for managing compelling SEO content that drives engagement supporting our marketing objectives to drive growth. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling with a deep understanding of SEO strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. This role will be research-driven, focused on SEO optimization that drives impact and boosts website rankings. - Gain a comprehensive understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the website and flesh out SEO strategies to improve.
- Leverage SEO tools, including Google Analytics to increase website ranking on search engines, Hubspot, MOZ, and SEMRush
- Gain Wowza website traffic, increase sales/leads and improve overall engagement
- Perform regular keyword research for SEO performance and improvement.
- Manage SEO campaign budget.
- Execute test runs, identify trends and gather relevant results while working on SEO strategies.
- Coordinate with the website development team to ensure that the best SEO practices are executed throughout the website.
- Meeting with the creative, marketing, and design teams to ideate and define content goals.
- Researching SEO content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.

- Proven experience as an SEO specialist or related role within a B2B SaaS organization, with a strong focus on PLG (Product-led growth) strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication, media studies or another discipline.
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms.
- Experience working with Google Analytics, HubSpot and Adobe Analytics.
- Outstanding written and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and focus on digital expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain SEO strategies clearly.
- Meticulous attention to detail in ensuring all content and strategies are optimized for SEO.
Preferred skills and qualificationsÂ
- Prior experience working with a content management system.
- A certification in digital marketing.
- Experience producing meaningful content (white papers, social media and blogs) to drive website traffic.
- An interest in creating content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.
