Mary Falcone boasts extensive experience in business intelligence and data warehousing, currently serving as the Senior Director at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone since March 2020, where responsibilities include leading the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence environments. Previously, Mary held the Director position at CenturyLink from August 2013 to March 2020, managing a team focused on analytical reporting and driving business process improvements. Prior roles include Sr. Manager and Business/Programmer Analyst at tw telecom, inc., and Programmer Analyst at American Management Systems, where contributions included developing sophisticated reporting platforms and enhancing regulatory reporting capabilities.
