Lisette Alonzo has recently been appointed as the Director of Operations at WOW! Building Maintenance Solutions since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Halcraft USA Inc, starting as an Administrative Assistant in February 2011 and then taking on roles as an Accounting Assistant from January 2012 to January 2015, and finally as an Office Manager from January 2015 to May 2023.

Lisette Alonzo earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration with an Accounting focus from CUNY Bronx Community College between 2009 and 2011.
