Mateus Figueiredo is an experienced entrepreneur and investor with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the CEO of Raiz Viva since January 2021, Mateus was instrumental in the company's pre-operational structuring and operations in the ornamental plant e-commerce and gardening articles sector. As the owner of Beep Florianópolis since November 2017, Mateus led the transformation of a mobile accessory store into a partnership with Beep during the pandemic. In addition, Mateus is a co-leader at Anjos do Brasil and an investor in multiple startups such as ACE Aceleratech and WOW Aceleradora. Previously, Mateus held various positions at Braskem from 2001 to 2016, culminating as Product Development Manager. Mateus holds a Pós-MBA in Innovation Management from Unisinos, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, and a degree in Materials Engineering from UFSCar.
