Júlia Poletto Rizzi is an experienced professional currently serving as a Portfolio and Innovation Development Officer at the Royal British Legion since January 2024. Concurrently, Júlia has been involved with WOW Aceleradora de Startups since May 2018, holding multiple roles including Investor, Head of Startup Selection, and Community Analyst, where responsibilities spanned startup attraction, management of the selection process, and fostering relationships within a community of over 200 entrepreneurs and investors. Prior to this, Júlia was the Presidente and Project Director at Empresa Jr. ESPM from January 2016 to December 2017, overseeing approximately 20 projects related to marketing and business planning. Júlia holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Management from the University of Nottingham and a degree from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
