Additionally, they served as a Web & Mobile Development Analyst, where they supported the enhancement of the user interface and conducted user testing.
Earlier in their career, Robert worked at Hall & Partners as an Account Executive and a Project Coordinator, where they coordinated with research partners, improved user experience, and mapped project management process flows.
Robert also gained experience as a Client Services Associate at Reckner, a Sales Associate at Club Monaco, an Intern at Little Giant Media, a Manager in the Foods Department at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, and a Brand Ambassador at glaceau.

Robert Stillwagon received their Bachelor's degree from Temple University between the years 2008 and 2012, majoring in Marketing, International Business, and Corporate Responsibility. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained several certifications. In 2018, they earned a Harvard Certificate in Leadership Excellence from Harvard Business Publishing. The following year, in 2019, they completed the American Express & Harvard New People Leader Program at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning.
