Randy Maekawa is currently the M&A Integration Lead at Woven Planet Holdings, where Randy leads the integration of acquired companies. Prior to this, Randy held positions at KPMG Japan, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, and MGM Resorts International, focusing on M&A integration, strategic initiatives, and deal advisory. With a background in financial planning & analysis, Randy has also worked at Lieberman Research Worldwide, CyberDefender, and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Randy holds an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Business Economics, Accounting, and Asian Humanities from UCLA.
