Jenn Longbine has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jenn is currently the Global Director of Talent Management, Learning & Development at Woven by Toyota, where they lead talent management and development initiatives. Prior to this, they worked at Woven by Toyota as the Head of Corporate Recruiting.
Before joining Woven by Toyota, Jenn held the position of Head of G&A Recruiting at Slack. Jenn also served as the Director of Talent, Acquisition & Experience at Khoros, where they managed talent acquisition, HR operations, and global mobility.
Earlier in their career, Jenn worked at Nike as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition for Nike Direct. Jenn was responsible for talent acquisition in retail corporate functions and retail stores. Prior to Nike, they worked at Apple as a Talent Attraction Manager.
Jenn's entrepreneurial spirit led their to found Theory Trick, LLC, a music industry strategy firm. Jenn was the Founder and Creative Director of the company, focusing on helping musicians succeed in the music business.
Jenn began their career at Starbucks, starting as a barista and progressing to Multi-Store Management. Jenn played a role in training and onboarding leaders at various levels in the company.
