Robert Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Robert currently works as an Outreach Specialist at the Wounded Warrior Project since December 2022. Previously, they served as a Deputy Sheriff at Montgomery County, Tennessee from August 2015 to December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Security Officer at G4S from October 2014 to July 2015. Robert also has a background in the military, serving as a Career Counselor in the US Army from December 2009 to December 2014. Before that, they held multiple roles in the U.S. Army from 1994 to 2009, including Operations NCO from December 2008 to October 2009, Infantry Squad Leader from June 1998 to December 2008, and Infantryman from December 1994 to May 1998.

Robert Reynolds attended Columbia Southern University from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. Prior to that, they studied Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Technician at the Penn Foster Group starting in 2004, but it is unclear if they completed the degree.
