Karen W. currently serves as Talent Acquisition Manager at Wounded Warrior Project since April 2011, overseeing various operational activities that align with the organization’s mission to honor and empower wounded warriors and their families. Karen's extensive experience includes previous roles such as Talent Manager, Recruiting Manager, and Training & Development Specialist within WWP, focusing on recruitment, team management, and employee development. Prior to joining WWP, Karen held positions in corporate communications, human resources, and marketing across several companies, including KeHE Distributors Inc., American Natural & Specialty Brands, and Tree of Life Distribution. Additionally, early roles included a jeweler's apprentice and managing demo logistics for a sports brand, demonstrating diverse skill sets across multiple industries.
