Enav Noff MD MBA has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Currently, they are the CEO and Founder of Wotch Health, a position they started in August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Family Physician and Partner at Family Medicine Experts in Tel Aviv since January 2010. Enav also held positions at Maccabi Health care Services, including Deputy Head of the Medical Division from October 2018 to June 2019 and Director of family medicine from January 2014 to October 2018.

Enav Noff MD MBA completed their education at Tel Aviv University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1998 to 2005, where they obtained their Medical Doctor degree. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications including a Healthcare Management Subspecialty from the Ministry of Health Israel in 2018, an Inbar Healthcare Management certification from MAOZ in 2018, and a Family Medicine Expert certification from Maccabi Health care Services in 2011.
