Yannick Desmarais has over twenty years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Yannick began their career in 1998 as a Continuous Improvement engineer at Kaba Ilco Corp. Two years later, they became the Plant Manager at EMS. In 2000, they moved to Bombardier Aerospace as a Special Project Engineer. In 2004, they transitioned to Viau Foods Inc. as the Engineering & Technology Manager. In 2011, they founded and became the CEO of Worximity Technology Inc., a company striving to develop connectivity technologies to help plant managers and team members monitor their production in real-time and become a smart factory.

Yannick Desmarais attended the Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Trois-Rivi\u00e8res from 1994 to 1997, studying Engineering. Yannick does not have any additional certifications.
