Rick has managed teams of professionals providing IT support for hundreds to thousands of users, overseeing equipment refresh cycles, and developing leaders within their teams. With a Bachelor of Science in Communications Systems Management from Ohio University, Rick has a strong background in telecommunications and IT services.
